Request Account Deletion

MATIGR customers can permanently delete their account and associated personal data directly from the MATIGR app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the MATIGR app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the account deletion request.
5. Your account and eligible associated personal data will be deleted from our systems.

Data that will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:

• Name and profile information
• Phone number used for the account
• Saved delivery addresses
• Cart information
• Personal account preferences
• Other personal information associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Some information, such as completed order records, payment/transaction records, refunds, accounting records, fraud-prevention information, or information required by law, may be retained for a limited period when necessary to comply with legal or legitimate business requirements.

After the applicable retention period, retained personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

Account deletion requests

Account deletion is initiated from the Delete Account option inside the MATIGR app. If you are unable to access your account, you may contact MATIGR Customer Support for assistance with your deletion request.
